I had an amazing and supportive experience during my care with midwives. Each time I met with Remi, Erin G or Mariah, they were always caring and truly listened. I never felt rushed, and was always able to ask all the questions I had. I was going through a lot of family issues during my pregnancy and they recommended resources for me to reach out to, which I'm so thankful for. My midwife team explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was happening, especially during labour. Mariah made sure she explained what was happening, what she was doing and really helped me through my contractions. I had an amazing birth, prenatal and postnatal care. Thank you to the entire team! Also, the admin team is super caring. Rachel was always so nice and easy going when booking appointments.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment at Zenith Physiotherapy, and I cannot praise them enough for the exceptional care and expertise I experienced. The staff at Zenith Physiotherapy were incredibly friendly and compassionate. They took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly understand my condition. A friend of mine recommended the Hormone Rebalance Centre after I was having a lot of issues that my family doctor couldn't help me resolve. After being told that everything is 'normal' even though I felt otherwise, I decided to invest in this program and give it a try. I was so impressed by the entire team - they were so knowledgeable, professional, and supportive every step of the way. They performed really thorough and comprehensive testing (the kind that unfortunately our medical doctors don't offer or know much about, and that OHIP doesn't cover) and spent a great deal of time explaining the results, what they mean, and creating a customized plan to help me address the specific issues that these tests revealed about my hormones. I really appreciated how they also took the time to educate me and help me understand everything more holistically. After taking their recommendations and making certain changes to my diet and lifestyle, along with taking the supplements they prescribed, my condition has significantly improved and I finally feel like myself again! I am so happy I made this investment and took their recommendations - it is well worth feeling so much better and having the energy to show up as my best self!

Tara and her team are absolutely amazing!!! She’s very down to earth and compassionate. She has greatly helped my son with his latch, helped me increase my milk supply and also released his tongue and lip tie. With my 2 previous children, I wasn’t able to successfully breastfeed. I didn’t have a well experienced LC like Tara to help me. I would not have been successful with breastfeeding my 3rd child without Tara’s help and guidance. Thank you so much Tara! And also thank you to Lora the medical office assistant for always making bookings and assistance in our visits such an easy and pleasant experience.

La grande majorité des services offerts par ELNA ne sont pas couverts par la RAMQ, malgré certaines infos sur CLic Santé. En effet,j 'ai pris un rdv pour un prélèvement sur le site Clic Santé (qui n'est pas géré par ELNA), et tout semblait indiquer un rendez-vous couvert par la RAMQ. Malheureusement, les informations entrées par ELNA sur le site Clic Santé sont erronées (ou fausses). Les employés sur place étaient aimables et voulaient bien aider, mais comme il s'agit d'une grosse compagnie de soins de santé privés, avec la centrale à Montréal, ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Cette mésaventure m'a forcée à aller au nouveau centre de prélèvement du CISSSO, au 85 boul de la Gappe. ALors là, chapeau au CISSSO! Ça roule vite et bien, en 30 minutes, tout était complété. Nul besoin d'aller au privé pour des services couverts par le public!

I've never met a doctor as unprofessional as him. First of all, the material wasn't sanitized since he only opened the drawer and took some clips that weren't wrapped in plastic bags but just landing there. He also was very rude, he gave me opinions that I didn't asked for about my medication as if I was there for that, but when I asked questions about the actual process for the IUD, he was mean and didn't answer my questions.

The worst doctors work here. Dr. Gurleen Dhanoa, she would share some other patient’s results with you and never apologies. Even with an appointment you have to wait for 1-2 hours.

This clinic is amazing they calmed me right down at times I was in distresses. Didn't judge me negatively for making a tough choice. They thoroughly went through things with me. And they were all super supportive. Even when there was a struggle finding a vein for an iv. It was wonderful not to be lectured and I even got to vent of my frustrations of what I was going through. Thank you so much.

Today I visited Royal Vista Medical Clinic, as my Doctor has retired and I am in search of a new Doctor. Also for a sinus concern. The reception that I received was, very pleasant, understanding, and positive. My sinus concern was promptly review by a Doctor. Thank you for a very positive and comfortable visit.
