I went to see Navdeep during the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy for help with labour pain management. Navdeep provided me with all the relevant information and useful exercises including pelvic floor exercises to help prepare for childbirth. I am so glad I went to her as I experienced a smooth labour and birthing process. I know the sessions with Navdeep made a huge impact on my experience and I will highly recommend her services to any one looking for pelvic physio.

Nav is an excellent physiotherapist, patient and very good at explaining each step of the process. She listens carefully and goes at just the right pace that is comfortable. Do your homework exercises and you’ll see great results. I would highly recommend her for pelvic floor strengthening.

Physiorehab group is an excellent place to go, especially for massage and physio. If you are looking for relaxing massage, Raman is a great person to request. She is very nice and humble. Also, Navdeep is a fantastic physiotherapist, she is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I have been seeing Nav for over a month regarding pelvic health and she has helped me tremendously. She is knowledgeable, professional and makes me feel very comfortable. On our first meeting she explained basics to me and applied the therapy. I felt better within 24 hours. I was so grateful. She is the 2nd physiotherapist I've seen for this problem and she was a life saver. The space is the perfect size and clean. I highly recommend her services.

I’ve been seeing Nav for Pelvic physio for over a month and I’m already seeing results that I didn’t think I would. She is patient, kind, caring and really just wants the best for her patients. She takes her time and I do not feel rushed ever when I am at my appointments. Totally recommend her for any physio needed!

I've been working with Nav since I was 5 months pregnant due to pelvic discomfort. She provided exercises that helped with this.Around 3 months pp, I had about 3-4 finger wide diastasis recti and now at almost 6months pp - I have been able to close that gap to 1-2.75 finger wide with exercises tailored for my recovery. Nav also provided massages and stretches that helped heal my c-section scar.Nav is awesome to work with and very thorough with her explanations. I would most definitely recommend her for prenatal and pp pelvic recovery.

I was pregnant when I started going and I'm so happy I did! I wouldn't have made it through my pregnancy, without going on bed rest, if I hadn't. Nav was amazing and helped me to understand what was going on with my body and why. I had pelvic issues from previous pregnancies that I didn't even know needed to addressed! I would definitely recommend coming, I know I'm going to continue!!

I was lucky to go to PhysioRehabThere are many in town but Navdeep does her job honestly and religiously. She is a well trained professional physiotherapist. I highly recommend PhysioRehab.
